Karl Rove has a typical garage. Pretty mind blowing huh? Euphoric Reality has a picture, I dunno wether or not it’s real. None of the yahoo or google news items seem to have any photos associated with them. Or maybe I’m just blind.
The AP should kick their own ass, all the bandwidth wasted on distributing such garbage. I figure I might as well donate some bandwidth towards the cause. Don Surber has some pretty entertaining commentary. Instead of me wasting more time writing, I’ll just let you visit Don.

Iraqis voted on their Constitution yesterday. The voting appeared to go fairly well with not much happening to distract people from participating. It’s estimated that 15.5 million Iraqis headed to the polls to cast their simple “yes” or “no” ballot.
The Political Teen has a video explaining what the requirements are for the Constitution to pass. Apparently the New York Times and the Washington Post printed some pretty conflicting articles about the iraq constitution vote. The Moderate Voice has more on that. The votes are still being counted though, it’s stupid to speculate when it could be weeks before all the votes are tallied. I feel like speculating too though I guess, so I speculate the Constitution will pass. The Sunnis were opposed to the poll in January, sounds like some of them have been brought around and at least participated, maybe even voted yes.
Terrorism Unveiled has some pictures. Wizbang also has some pretty good pictures and takes note of the total lack of violence across Iraq yesterday. WonderWoman (A North American Patriot) is left speechless and is very excited about the voter turnout and what that turnout should mean to our troops who are fighting to give these people freedom.

Sorry, I know I said I was done before, but Cindy Sheehan is a great source of entertainment, so I’m gonna put her to use. She’s comparing herself to Mary, Mother of Jesus. And while she’s doing that, she relates “devious men with evil agendas” (Bush and crew) to christs killers.
This doesn’t offend me at all because I’m not a religious guy, it’s just funny as hell. I still can’t believe how delusional she is:
On Ash Wednesday of 2004, a few days before Casey left for Iraq, his dad and I went to see The Passion of the Christ. That was our Ash Wednesday penance that year. Casey’s dad fell asleep during the scourging scene while I sat in my seat and quietly sobbed. I was especially touched by the character that played Jesus’ mom who followed her son along while he was being violently tortured and killed by devious men with an evil agenda. Of course, since I became a mom over 26 years ago, I have identified with Mary as she sobbed at the foot of her sons cross and cradled his lifeless body in her arms.

A marine, recently assigned to the staff of Vice President Dick Cheney, is suspected of spying from within the White House for nearly 3 years. I read this at The Jawa Report lastnight before I went to bed.
Apparently this story has been around for nearly a month. PunditGuy reports that ABC News is investigating a possible White House angle. Below is from ABC News.
Officials tell ABC News the alleged spy worked undetected at the White House for almost three years. Leandro Aragoncillo, 46, was a U.S. Marine most recently assigned to the staff of Vice President Dick Cheney.
“I don’t know of a case where the vetting broke down before and resulted in a spy being in the White House,” said Richard Clarke, a former White House advisor who is now an ABC News consultant.
Federal investigators say Aragoncillo, a naturalized citizen from the Philippines, used his top secret clearance to steal classified intelligence documents from White House computers.
In 2000, Aragoncillo worked on the staff of then-Vice President Al Gore. When interviewed by Philippine television, he remarked how valued Philippine employees were at the White House.
The marines name is Leandro Aragoncillo, age 46 and originally from the Philippines. A whole bunch of goodies could have been stolen in a 3 year period of time, mostly just really sensitive data. PunditGuy also has a bunch of information on this guy, he’s got the most all-inclusive post.

I woke up just in time to see Bush announcing his nomination for the next SCOTUS position yesterday morning. I was still pretty groggy so I didn’t really gather that much from it.
I haven’t really read much about her yet, she looks to be a pretty nice lady though. Lastnight, I was watching FoxNews for a little bit. Someone was bitching because Harriet Miers is a “total unknown”. “Total unknown” is a little extreme I think, considering that googling her name yielded 60,000+ results not long after Bush had made the announcement.
Just goes to show that Bush can’t please anyone, no matter what he does. Had he nominated Jesus H. Christ himself, people would have bitched, mostly the religious right probably. I’m not just talking about the left here, I’m talkin everyone that has their own little agendas that don’t help our country at all.
Miers was a former lawyer for Microsoft. She basically protected them from various class action lawsuits. Also, she’s pro-life. I can already tell I’m not gonna like this lady. She helped Microsoft retain their monopoly. She doesn’t think grown women are able to make their own decisions that affect their own bodies.
She may not take that stance publically, but that’s the impression I get from what she’s been found to do in the past. Maybe I’m totally off and she’s really just that Rachel Dratch lady from SNL.
Stephen Bainbridge thinks she’s a B+ pick and the Supreme Court deserves an A+ pick. He couldn’t be more right. Sean at The American Mind thinks there’s just not enough known about her at this moment, kinda like the position we were in with Roberts.
And the Political Teen has an open trackback post.

Cindy Sheehan got herself arrested in front of the white house yesterday. It’s pretty obvious that she was trying to get arrested. Nobody would be paying attention to her today/yesterday had she not gotten arrested.
Chris Short has the pictures of her being carried away. Not sure why that one cop has his hand up her little denim skirt thingy. I’d cut my fuckin hand off after that, I wouldn’t want to leave any chance for the crabs to spread to my brain.
I can’t believe that average people actually feel sorry for her still. I just don’t believe it. I’d hope that most americans are better judges of character than that, I could be wrong though. She’s just continuing her media-whore onslaught. She’s probably totally forgotten about her son and her mother that had a stroke. All she does is bitch and suck up valuable air that I had dibs on months ago. How dare she.
While we’re on the media-whore subject, the Anchoress has a post detailing media whores and their creators.
