After The PHP Group said PHP 4.3.2RC3 was the last release candidate, they decide to release RC4. This one also claims to be the last release candidate. Here’s a snippet from php.net.
PHP 4.3.2RC4 has been released. This is the fourth and final release candidate and should have no critical problems/bugs. Nevertheless, please download and test it as much as possible on real-life applications to uncover any remaining issues.
