There's a few plugins that don't work under 2.1 yet. Supposedly, the <a href="http://neosmart.net/blog/archives/325" rel="nofollow">Ultimate Tag Warrior plugin is broken</a>. Although it appears to be working just fine here on my installation. I haven't lost any tags yet. Jason, waiting to upgrade to WordPress 2.1 is a good idea for most people.
