I’d blast the mofo too

OK, that marine that shot the guy that was “faking he’s fucking dead” did nothing wrong. It’s a war. If I was in a war, and some mother fucker popped up on me, after pretending to be dead, I’d straight kill him.

I was against the whole “kill em all” attitude when this war started. But fuck it. Kill em all. Who the fuck cares? The world population is outrageous anyway. Around 6.5 billion people. Offing a billion shouldn’t be a problem. The dirty killing techniques I’ve heard about these insurgents using is real grimy. It’s a good thing I’m not over there yet.

Also, how can the government willingly call up soldiers that have already served their terms in the military? If I was one of these people, I’d give the finger to the government and move to Canada. I hope the Canadian authorities arrest Mr. Bush for his war crimes next time he goes there.

WTF did he just say?

Politicians have this way of speaking. It’s getting worse and worse too. I don’t use proper english on this website all the time, but I try to when I’m speaking with people.

I saw a link to this story on Fark. The article discusses how Tony Blair and President Bush are infected with a “deadly virus of management speak”. When I got to thinking about it, the author is somewhat correct. The non-usage of verbs, nouns being turned into verbs, etc.

I really noticed this during the debates. This crap was spewing from both candidates mouths. Speaking like this takes away from the debate, and must make it hard to REALLY debate anything. They just give the same bogus, manufactured answers.

When I think back to the debates, I get pictures in my head of Bush and Kerry just standing there, mouths wide open with shit, literal shit, just streaming outta their mouths all over the audience. It almost makes me queasy.

Anyway, here’s the original article, please read it, as it’s very interesting:

Purge in CIA

0

This almost scares me. It seems that President Bush is going to purge the CIA of officers suspected of somehow being disloyal to him. Also, the purge will target officers who supposedly leaked damaging information to the media about U.S. conduct in the Iraq war. All of this is from “knowledgeable sources”. This is all over the good blogs, but here’s the original article:

I feel more and more like we’re living in a communist state. This immediately made me think of the old soviet empire. Dirty, dirty, dirty.

Iowa Caucuses

0

There’s lots of talk going on about doing away with the Iowa caucuses. I think it’d probably be a good idea to do. It’s a fact that Iowa is mostly white, rural people. They’re making huge decisions that affect the rest of the country.

A state with a wider variety of ethnic groups would be better suited to have Iowa’s role. If the caucuses get taken away from us, we’ll just be like Montana and Idaho. I think we have a whopping 7 electoral votes (not sure).

This has been the subject of much debate over at daily KOS. A writer for the Des Moines Register even mentioned the discussions at daily KOS in a recent article of hers. Here’s one of the items at daily KOS:

It’s all very interesting. Especially to me because Iowa isn’t typically the center of any sort of politics.

Two tanks in L.A. streets?

0

This about made me sick to read. First thing that popped into my mind was communist China and a certain town sqaure there.

Two tanks were deployed in the city of Los Angeles yesterday to counter a peaceful anti-war protest. The 1st amendment gives people freedom of expression. Freedom of expression consists of the rights to freedom of speech, press, assembly and to petition.

There’s been almost no media coverage of this by any of the major news outlets.
Even worse…It’s my opinion, that sending tanks to disrupt a peaceful anti-war protest is directly against the 1st amendment. I believe it guarantees (well, not in this case) freedom of expression. And freedom of expression includes freedom of speech, press, assembly and freedom to petition.

There were a couple follow up articles, but I can’t seem to find the links to them at moment. When I dig em up I’ll post a comment to this entry with them.
