DJ Pi and DJ Doboy set requests

I’ve been getting a ton of requests for both DJ Pi and DJ Doboy sets. So, I think I’m gonna distribute these via BitTorrent only.

Currently on the tracker, there’s only DJ Pi sets. I’m gonna finish seeding the DJ Pi Trance Empire volumes and then there’ll be some Doboy put up…probably by the end of the weekend.

If you missed this post, the tracker is here:

Internet connection probs

I’ve been having some issues with my internet connection for the past couple of days. It’s been going down for about 30 seconds every 15-20 minutes.

I’ve been having a discussion about this with a Mediacom tech support guy at the dlsreports.com forums. He suggested that the problem might be my nic, but I’ve come to the conclusion that that’s not the case. I swapped out nics and the problem persisted.

I really hope they get this resolved soon, continually losing connections while downloading is never good.

Newly Proven Fact: United Nations is a JOKE

If you didn’t already know the United Nations is an organization of money-grubbing, corrupt buffoons, it should now be very obvious.

It seems that Jackie Chan has been appointed as the Goodwill Ambassador at the U.N. That’s so funny! Jackie fucking Chan is a U.N. ambasssador. Those silly people really crack me up. I can’t wait for the dismantling of the U.N.

I might puke

The Bush Labor Department began “giving employers tips on how to avoid paying overtime to some of the 1.3 million low-income workers.”

I read that at some site called Misleader.org. There was a link to it on Slashdot. The article on Misleader.org is a pretty interesting read. They’ve got more links on their page, here’s the article:

Bush wants X-Patriot Act

Not expatriate, but e”x”tended Patriot Act. He’s pushing Congress to extend the time period for the Patriot Act. At this point, it’s set to expire at the end of this year…and with any luck it will.

Personally, I don’t see this happening. I wouldn’t be suprised if the Patriot Act is utilized until far after I’m dead. Buh-bye privacy, hello unlawful “legal” searches.
