Hopefully NORML will take advantage of the situation involving DMACC President and CEO Dr. David England. They could use it to show that a lot of normal people, not just poor people and violent criminals, use marijuana.

Dr. England was more involved than just using marijuana though. I guess he had around 5lbs and 72 plants in his house. That’s way too much for his family to smoke alone. You can read more about it here:
