ThermalTake Vocano7
0I bought a ThermalTake Volcano 7 today for $18. It should arrive sometime next week. It’s blue and has an 80mm fan on the top. That should keep my proc much, much cooler than the current Volcano6 hsf I have now.

PHP is getting closer to it’s 4.2.0 release. This version will compile correctly with the newly released Apache 2.0.35.
Supposedly the CVS version supports the new Apache, but I’m gonna wait till 4.2.0 stable is realeased.
I got sick of my Asus P2B-DS mobo and those stupid PII Slot1 procs. I bought an Abit VP6 and 256mb of Crucial PC133 RAM for $80, which is a pretty sweet deal.
I have one PIII 733 running at 787mhz in there right now. I’m in the market for another one now. This is a pretty sweet board. I got it all installed lastnight. So far, everything works great. I’ll have to throw a floppy drive in there so I can upgrade the BIOS though.
I’m getting sick and tired of my Asus P2B-DS and it’s crappy Slot1 procs. I’ve decided to buy an Abit VP6 + 256mb of Crucial pc133 ram for $80. That’s pretty cheap considering that the street price for the board alone is around $160. I’m getting it from a good friend and we trade a lot of hardware, so we’ll end up even.
I’m gonna put 2 PIII 733′s in it. Hopefully I’ll be able to get them to run around 875mhz or so.
It’ll be a nice upgrade from my 2x PII 400′s.
I’ve found out that I’ll be making another trip to Bonaire right after Christmas of 2002. We’ll be there during new years, so that should be fun.
I’m counting the days!
